Why do we embrace shows like American Idol so much? Because they take regular people and put them in the spotlight. We love rooting for hometown heroes whose star status is on the rise. And if we ESPECIALLY love it when they’re a Perfect 10! Our new PLAYBOY’S AMATEUR GIRLS series is making sure every fresh face that steps onto your TV screen meets that criteria. No, this isn’t any cutthroat Playmate competition (you can tune in to PLAYBOY SHOOTOUT for that), but rather a celebration of the hottest unknown beauties you’ve ever seen. Actually that may not be entirely true. In all likelihood, there will be a few ladies you recognize. Not from TV shows or magazines, but rather from your local community. Oh yea, we’ve plucked sexy housewives, college girls, and 9 to 5ers from all across America and put them in front of our cameras for intimate exposes. And that’s not all.

Ah, Beth and Gerrit. The last couple to come through the Swing doors were also, in many ways, the most adventurous. They may have looked intimidating—and had muscles in places where most of us don’t even realize muscles can grow—but they both struck me as actually quite sweet and shy. They’d each been married before, neither drank anymore, and they both seemed thrilled to have finally found the one they’d been seeking their whole lives—not to mention be on their way to fulfilling fantasies they’d been nurturing a long time. From spotting each other across a convention floor—during, no surprise there, a bodybuilding convention—to experiencing an “afternoon delight” in the Swing house, Beth and Gerrit definitely seemed to be enjoying the ride.
